What are your bus sizes?
Coachman Luxury Transport has 20 passenger, 38 passenger, 45 passenger, and 55 passenger bus options available.

Do you have working DVD/WIFI/charging stations/seatbelts?
Yes, all our buses come equipped with working DVD, WIFI, charging stations, and seatbelts.

Do your buses have bathrooms?
Yes, all our buses have clean working bathrooms.

Have your drivers ever been to my location?
Yes, Coachman Luxury Transport’s drivers are trained to travel anywhere up to Canada and all the way down to Florida.

If my trip is canceled, do I get my deposit back?
No, we would keep your deposit regardless of when you cancel.

Do you have an upfront deposit?
Yes, we would need a 30% upfront deposit which is standard in the industry.

How does your payments work?
We accept payment by credit card, Zelle, or check with a 30% upfront deposit and remaining balance due two weeks prior to the trip date.

Do you travel outside the Tri-state area?
Yes, Coachman Luxury Transport do travel outside the Tri-State area up to Canada and down to Florida.

Are your driver’s 19A and school compliant?
Yes, Coachman Luxury Transport’s drivers are 19A certified and school compliant.

How much are the taxes/fees/tolls?
There are no taxes/fees or tolls on coach buses.

How many hours can your driver do in a single day?
Our drivers can travel up to 10 hours per day before having to rest for 8 hours before driving again.  

Are your buses clean and reliable?
Yes, Coachman Luxury Transport has a cleaning crew and mechanic on site to ensure every bus leaves our lot clean and well maintained on a daily basis.

Can I come see your buses?Yes, we encourage all to come see our buses and operation.

Do you charge by the hour?
We charge by time, distance and availability.

Are you a DOE vendor?
Yes, Coachman Luxury Transport is a DOE vendor.

Are your buses safe for long distance?
Yes, our buses are monitored and maintained by our mechanic team daily to ensure all buses are safe and operating perfectly.

Do your buses have enough room for luggage?
Yes, all of our buses have a cargo area below for storage.

Do your buses have wheelchair lifts?
Yes, we have a few wheelchair accessible buses in our fleet and our drivers are trained on how to operate them properly.

Can your drivers handle driving in city?
Yes, all our drivers are trained to drive in all locations before operating our buses.

How can I get a hold of you after hours?
You would contact our main number and if it’s after hours the dispatch person will connect you to our operations team member.

Do you provide the proper insurance for schools?
Yes, we stay compliant for all school districts for the proper coverage needed.

How do you accept payment?We accept payment by credit card, Zelle and check.

Do you allow food and drinks on your buses?
Yes, we allow food and drinks on our buses.

What do I have to do to reserve a bus with you?
We would need the signed quote acceptance in order to reserve our buses. We then would email you an order confirmation where you may pay the upfront deposit.

How old are your buses?Coachman takes pride in having a newer fleet. The majority of our buses are 3 years old or newer.  

Do you have designated pickup locations or suggest any?
Yes, we know of many locations throughout the Tri-State area that can allow parked cars for pedestrians and easy for our buses to arrive and leave safely.

How long are you in business?
Coachman Luxury Transport has been in business for 25 years.
